January 26th - Tech Cafe' at Barrington (Andrea, Kris, Alexa, Toby, Jeanne). The Tech Team members will be leading the sessions but would like a coach to repeat the session so they can attend to a different learning session.
*Sessions will begin with brief overview of Web Resources on Tech Team Wiki and Ohio Treasure Chest

Review the Survey Monkey tool that teacher's will use to register for their sessions.
Tutorials and teacher resources will be housed on Barrington Tech Team wiki
House on the Tech team wiki, but put a link directly from Barrington Wiki to the resource page

Professional Development - Barrington $1,918.00 (Professional Development spent by March)
Have the teachers fill out the Professional Leave form & get a copy of it. We will check the referred to box and submit to Carol Craven. 3.Hardware/software funding - Jeff

cwildman There was also a request to have an airport installed in the new gym so that presenters/guest speakers could have access to the internet. Do we also need one for the cafeteria since this space is often used for speakers?
4. 21st Century Coach & Teacher Collaboration - February 23, 2010 from 8:00 - 3:30 pm
21st Century Coach/Teacher Collaboration meeting date is 2/23/10. This is an all day session. Andrea will contact/collaborate with the Teams to find out their anticipated project focus. (Alexa, Kris, Martha, Toby, Jeanne, and Andrea)
Collaboration options:**
Common Building Goal - Create a Digital Story - Share the data from the fall with an appropriate audience - Presentation. "Sell the idea" Could be a student project, etc.
Do we want to collaborate as a Grade Level with a 21st Century Coach? Have brief meeting with Andrea prior to planning day to brainstorm & set goal.
Should we offer 4 sessions/work groups that focus on a project?
For example: Self-directed learning, Collaboration & Communication?
